Contact Tech Support
Customers who have a current support contract with Businet may request technical support using any of the following methods:
- email us at support@businet.com
- call us at 918.858.4440 and select voice-mail option #2
- fax us at 918.858.6721
When you contact us for technical support, please provide the following information:
- the name of your business/practice
- the name of the person we should contact
- the phone number (including extension, if applicable) and/or email address of the contact person
- the name of the Businet product for which you're requesting support
- the version number of the product (this is usually shown in the "title bar" at the top of the screen when the program is running)
- the question that you have about the product, or a detailed description of the problem you're experiencing. If you're reporting an error message, please provide the exact wording of the error message and, if possible, a description of what you were doing in the program at the time that the error message occurred. A "screen shot" (a picture of what your computer's screen looked like at the time the problem or error message occurred) can be very helpful in resolving software problems, and can be created by pressing the "Print Screen" key on the top row of your computer's keyboard, then using the Edit, Paste commands in your email or word-processing program to paste the screen shot into the body of an email message or a document
