We provide ongoing software support to clients who purchase Businet products with a support contract. Contracts are typically for a term of one or more years, may include either 24/7 or regular office hour support, and generally renew automatically unless terminated at the option of either the customer or Businet. Software maintenance services include unlimited telephone consultation and software upgrades.
